The Lease is for registered Tenants only: Tenants may not use the unit for business purposes, sub-lease, rent out, or provide housing on a regular basis for guests/visitors that are not listed on the Lease and registered with the Condo Association. The Lease is only available to individuals- no llcs, businesses, etc. The Condo Association Rules apply to Tenants and their guests/visitors. Pet: A cat is OK. No dogs.
